Big Custom Ice Cream Cake

Having a big celebration and need something bigger than our 9" Custom Cake?  We've got just the thing!  The Big Custom Ice Cream Cake is 9" x 13" and serves 18 - 32 people.    

CUSTOMIZATION
Choose up to two ice creams, layer cake, frosting, and up to two toppings.   We're happy to write a special message on your cake, just use the box below.  All cake messages will be written in chocolate icing -- please note that we do not offer other colors.  We don't offer further customization beyond what is offered below.

SERVING
We recommend taking the cake out of your freezer about 15-20 minutes before serving to make slicing (and eating!) easier.

TRANSPORTATION
We don't recommend traveling long distances with an ice cream cake.  All of our ice cream cakes are packed in cardboard cake boxes and should be returned to a freezer not much more than 30 minutes after pick-up, especially during the warmer months.

A great alternative is to have our 7" Signature Ice Cream Cakes shipped to you.  We ship once weekly every Tuesday for Wednesday delivery on orders placed by Monday at noon EST.  Orders are packed in insulated boxes on dry ice via UPS Next Day Air.  Please note that we do not carry dry ice in the store and it is not available for pick-up orders.  If you need dry ice, we recommend reaching out to United City Ice in Hell's Kitchen to order a pick-up. 

PICK-UP
** PLEASE NOTE: Ice cream cakes will be prepared and ready for pick up at the date and time requested online.  If cakes are not picked up within 7 days of the requested pick up date and time they will be discarded and payment will be forfeited.  Replacement cakes will require a new purchase. **

Our ice cream cakes are non-refundable once they've been put into production.
